Why does a person not have to be a good athlete to be physically fit?

Because athletes doesnt always have a good range of motion unless they work at it but a person that is not physically fit can always change it up by changing what they eat.

Why is it important to know your current level of health-related fitness.

Its important to know your current level of health-fitness because if you don't know then you would get in the worst shape possible and that won't be good for your health.

What is the difference between health-related and skill-related physically fitness?

Health-related fitness helps prevent disease, promotes health, and a key element in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Skill-related fitness improves performance and its not required for fitness.
